Product Designer

• Admin console redesign: rebuilt the information architecture of an enterprise messaging console so root accounts, channel managers and support agents each reach their features directly, from feature audit and interviews to sitemap, flows and specs. Designed responsive web layouts.
• Design system: built the team's design system from scratch, with foundations, 14 component categories, and web and mobile components for consistent interfaces across modules.
• Medical referral system: designed a patient iOS/Android app and a hospital web console for about 43 partner clinics, covering three-role flows and permissions.
• Handoff and QA: present work in design reviews, run Design QA with the QA team after implementation, and hand off specs through Figma plugins and GitLab.
• AI-assisted specs: built an SRS workflow with Claude, Whimsical and Figma, verified against the actual screens.

Software Development Training

• Completed a six-month full-stack program covering front-end fundamentals, basic back-end concepts and API logic.

Product Design Intern

• Wrote specs and SRS documents and planned the app's feature structure.
• Designed wireframes, prototypes and a design-system component library in Figma.
• Planned and ran usability tests, including task breakdown and test scripts.
• Collaborated with PMs, engineers and QA; tracked work in Jira.

User Research Assistant

• Studied microphone usage behavior with an acoustic technology partner.
• Ran eye-tracking experiments on browsing behavior; wrote research proposals and questionnaires; conducted interviews and observation.
• Supported a Ministry of Education USR project on technology and lifestyle design for ALS patients; compiled findings and helped plan a campus design exhibition.
